Terms of Use

Noble Locksmith Nashville Effective Date: July 22, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://noblelocksmithnashville.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and receipt of locksmith services from Noble Locksmith Nashville (“Noble Locksmith,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, contacting us, or requesting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

1. About Our Services

Noble Locksmith Nashville provides mobile automotive, residential, commercial, and emergency locksmith services in the Nashville Metro area and surrounding communities, including car key replacement and programming, European vehicle key services, ignition repair, key duplication, lock rekeying, lock repair and installation, and lockout assistance. Services are subject to technician availability, service area coverage, vehicle or lock compatibility, and parts availability. Information on the Site, including service descriptions and coverage areas, is provided for general information and may change without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to request services or use the Site on behalf of yourself or an entity you are authorized to represent.

3. Identity and Authorization Verification

Locksmith services involve access to vehicles, homes, and businesses. For your protection and the protection of property owners:

  • We may require government-issued photo identification and reasonable proof of ownership or legal authorization (such as vehicle registration, proof of residency, or written authorization from the property owner) before unlocking any vehicle or property, creating keys, rekeying locks, or performing similar services.
  • By requesting service, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of the vehicle or property, or that you have the legal right and authority to request the service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion if we cannot reasonably verify authorization, or if we suspect a service request is fraudulent or unlawful.
  • You agree that you are solely responsible for any misrepresentation of ownership or authority, and that we may cooperate with law enforcement regarding suspected unauthorized service requests.

4. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

  • Prices quoted by phone, text, or on the Site are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on factors such as vehicle make and model, key or fob type, lock type and condition, labor required, parts, time of day, and travel distance.
  • Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday service may be billed at different rates. Any applicable service call or trip charge will be communicated before dispatch or before work begins.
  • Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of service.
  • Discounts (including military, veteran, and senior discounts, and the 10% discount on a second set of car keys after purchase of the first set) require verification where applicable, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Site Access

  • Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, and emergency call volume may affect arrival times.
  • If you cancel after a technician has been dispatched, or if our technician arrives and cannot perform the service because you are not present, access is not provided, or required proof of authorization is not available, a service call or trip charge may apply.
  • You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the service location.

6. 60-Day Parts and Labor Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 60-Day Parts & Labor Guarantee. If a part we supplied and installed fails, or our workmanship proves defective, within 60 days of service, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, tampering, or unauthorized repair or modification after our service
  • Normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions in locks, doors, ignitions, wiring, or vehicle electronic systems
  • Parts or hardware supplied by the customer
  • Lost, stolen, or physically damaged keys, fobs, or remotes after delivery
  • Manufacturer defects covered by a separate manufacturer warranty, which will be handled under that manufacturer’s terms

This guarantee is your exclusive remedy for defective parts or workmanship and applies to the original customer and service location only.

7. Risk of Damage and Customer Authorization

  • Our technicians use non-destructive entry methods whenever reasonably possible. However, some situations (including certain high-security locks, damaged locks, broken keys, and seized ignitions) may require drilling, cutting, or other destructive techniques. When destructive entry or removal is necessary, we will explain the situation and obtain your authorization before proceeding, and you agree to bear the cost of replacement hardware.
  • Locks, doors, windows, ignitions, and vehicle electronics that are old, worn, corroded, previously damaged, improperly installed, or non-standard carry an inherent risk of damage during service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for failures of worn or defective components that occur during ordinary, workmanlike service.
  • For automotive services, key cutting and programming depend on vehicle manufacturer systems. We are not responsible for underlying vehicle defects, aftermarket electronics, dead batteries, or immobilizer or module failures that exist independently of our work.

8. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to request services for property you are not authorized to access
